Account & Data Deletion Request
Per Google Play Policy requirements, digiTrail provides a simple mechanism to permanently delete your account, authentication credentials, and all stored cloud ledger documents.
Option A: Immediate In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have access to the digiTrail app on your device:
- Open digiTrail and expand the main navigation drawer.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Cloud Data.
- Confirm deletion. Your account, authentication credentials, and Firestore documents will be wiped immediately.
Option B: Submit Web Account Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, submit your registered Google account email below to request manual account wiping:
✔ Your account deletion request has been logged. Account credentials and cloud documents will be purged within 48 hours.
Data Types Deleted Upon Request
- Firebase Auth Credentials: UID, Google OAuth token association, display name, and email address.
- Cloud Firestore Collections: All documents under
users/{uid}/assets, transactions, cashflows, budgets, debts, debtRepayments, lendings, lendingRepayments, recurringPlans, and memos.
